Brandie, originally from Mobile, AL, is a compassionate and highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the AANPCB. With over 17 years of healthcare expertise across fields like geriatrics, pediatrics, oncology, and community health, she is dedicated to delivering personalized care. Brandie holds a BSN from Spring Hill College and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner program at Walden University. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her husband, three daughters, and their two beloved dogs.

With over four decades of healthcare experience, Claudia is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to empowering patients. She specializes in treating a range of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma. Rooted in her belief that everyone deserved to feel seen, heard, and safe, Claudia provides compassionate care that helps patients become the best versions of themselves.

In 2024, she received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Recognized as Alaska's Palliative Care Nurse of the Year in 2018, she is passionate about providing patient-centered care that enhances quality of life for the geriatric population she serves. Elizabeth combines evidence-based practice with personalized care, believing in thoughtful collaboration to optimize well-being for every patient.

Melinda is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of experience providing skilled care to patients across Alaska. her career began in emergency medicine and flight nursing with Guardian Flight, where she delivered critical care to remote communities throughout the state. Melinda now specializes in chronic disease management and preventive health for aging adults, empowering her patients to take an active role in their well-being. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys spending time with her blended family of six children and two grandchildren, exploring Alaska's trails, and baking.

Originally from Hawaii, Michelle has called Alaska home since 2012. When she's not caring for patients, she loves reading, fishing, camping, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Dr. Buffey's extensive career includes leadership roles such as Director of a family medicine residency, chair of family medicine, and medical Director in hospital and nursing home settings. He lives in Alaska with his physician wife and enjoys helping patients from all walks of life thrive in their health journeys.
